Currently, 'Access denied' ships exclusively to addresses within the continental United States and Canada to ensure the safety and integrity of our larger home goods during transit.

What is your return policy for home textiles and rugs?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bedding and textiles must be unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Are your wood products sustainably sourced?

How can I track my white-glove delivery order?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. For white-glove services, our delivery partner will call you 24-48 hours in advance to schedule a specific delivery window.
